India and Iraq held the second round of Foreign Office Consultations in Baghdad on Monday. Secretary (CPV&OIA) met Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister, Oil Minister Hayyan Abdul Ghani, Trade Minister Atir Dawood Salman, National Security Advisor Qassim Al Araji, and Sunni Aqaf Board Chairman Dr. Meshaan Al Khajraji to discuss bilateral, regional, and international issues of mutual interest. The two sides comprehensively reviewed the current status of bilateral relations in all spheres of friendly traditional relations, political, economic, defense, security, trade and investment, development partnership, scholarship programs, cultural ties, and people-to-people ties.
