Ghazipur's MP-MLA court's decision has come in the gangster case on Mafia Mukhtar Ansari. The court convicted Mukhtar Ansari and sentenced him to ten years. Along with this, a fine of five lakh has also been imposed. Along with this, the court has also convicted MP Afzal Ansari. The court sentenced Afzal Ansari to four years imprisonment and also imposed a fine of one lakh. Afzal Ansari's parliament membership also ended due to his sentence of more than two years.

 

Let us inform you that since Saturday morning, traffic was stopped by barricading the road leading to the court outside the SP office of Ghazipur. PAC and police forces were deployed. At the same time, Ghazipur MP Afzal Ansari reached the court at 10.45 am regarding the decision in the court. Mukhtar Ansari joined Banda Jail through video conferencing.

What is the matter?

The decision was to come on April 15 in this matter going on in the MP/MLA court. The verdict could not be delivered as the judge was on leave. April 29 was fixed as the date for such a decision. In this case of the year 2007, the debate and hearing were completed on April 1 and the decision was to be taken on April 15. Afzal Ansari, BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai's murder case is included in the gang chart, in this case, going on in MP/MLA court under Gangster Act against Mukhtar Ansari. While the case of kidnapping and murder of Nandkishore Rungta is also included in the gang chart.

 

On November 29, 2005, seven people, including BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, were killed by firing more than 400 rounds from sophisticated weapons like an AK-47 in Siyadi village under Bhanwarkol police station of Ghazipur. When the dead bodies of the seven people were being brought to BHU for postmortem, the supporters of the BJP MLA went berserk, and vandalism and violence took place at various places.
