Pakistan's Wazir-e-Azam and 'Byanveer' Imran Khan have given a new statement. He said he would like to have a televised debate with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi to resolve the differences between the two neighbours.
On Tuesday, Imran Khan said, "I would love to have a debate with Narendra Modi on TV." He said it would be beneficial to billions of people in the subcontinent if the differences could be resolved through debate. Imran further says, India became a hostile country, so trade with them has become minimal, our government's policy is to maintain trade relations with all countries.
Responding to a question about relations with India, the Prime Minister said that his government approached India soon after coming to power to resolve the Kashmir dispute. However, he expressed regret that India has been taken over by a "racist ideology inspired by the Nazis".
Pakistan also spoke on Russia
The prime minister stressed that greater cooperation between the US, China, and Russia would benefit mankind far more than conflict. He also highlighted that while Pakistan was a gas deficient country, the country's gas pipeline project was delayed due to US sanctions on the Russian company with which Pakistan is in talks. The lifting of sanctions on Iran will also help Pakistan get the "cheapest gas" from the neighboring country.
