Russia-Ukraine War: The war between Ukraine and Russia has entered its tenth month, but there is still no sign of retreat from either side. Meanwhile, a sensational statement has come from Ukraine to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ukraine has claimed that Putin is struggling with the fear of his assassination. Oleksiy Arestovich, an adviser to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky's chief of staff, said the sudden annexation of Russian-held territory dramatically increased fears in the Kremlin that Ukraine would win the war. He further said that Putin is now fighting for his life, if he loses the war, it means the end for the people of Russia. This will be considered a political end, there can be loss of life too.

 

'Fear of losing the war even among Putin loyalists'

 

Kherson is of great importance to Russia as it is connected to Crimea and Ukraine's Odesa port in the west. Ukraine claims that after the withdrawal of the Russian army from Kherson last week, Putin has become an embarrassing situation. Oleksiy Erestovich, an adviser to Ukrainian President Zelensky's chief of staff, says the capture of Kherson is Ukraine's biggest capture and will help launch a new offensive against Russia. Ukraine has claimed that after the retreat of the Russian army from Kherson, the people loyal to Putin are also now in fear of fear.

 

'People of Russia will not fall for Putin's bluff'

 

Oleksiy Erestovich claimed that the Russian army would attack from Belarus to Donbas and would also try to capture the Rivne nuclear plant. Russia has already raided the area and one of the plant's four units was cut off last week.

 

Arestovich believes that Ukraine's power capacity has been halved due to these attacks. Russia thinks this could pressure Ukraine into negotiating with the Kremlin. Ukrainian official Erestovich says that Putin will pressurize Ukraine to demand the occupied territories of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk and show it as a victory to the people of Russia. But the people of Russia are not going to fall for this bluff of Putin. The people of Russia have already expressed their displeasure with Putin over the heavy expenditure on the war.
