10 new corona patients, one more dead

Another person has died of corona infection in the industrial city. The death toll from Corona in the district has reached 4. The death of 65-year-old man living in Sector 16 has been confirmed by the Health Department on Monday. He was being treated in a private hospital. There has been a case of second death from Corona in the last 2 days.

An elderly woman died on Saturday night, which was confirmed by the Health Department on Sunday. At the same time, another patient died of corona on Monday. On Monday, the figure has increased to 106 with the arrival of 10 newly infected patients. 55 people recovered and reached home. Apart from this, 45 people are admitted in various Covid hospitals. According to information received from the Health Department, a 65-year-old elderly man living in Sector-18 Housing Board Colony was admitted to a private hospital 3 days ago due to heart problem.

On Sunday afternoon, the hospital sent her sample for corona test. The elderly got worse at night, after which they were put on ventilators. His report came on Monday afternoon, confirming his corona being infected. The person died on Monday afternoon. His last rites were performed as per the guidelines of Covid 19.

One of the 7 new cases found infected on Monday is a 30-year-old man from Milhard Colony on Bata Road. A 42-year-old man from Bhud Colony Colony number two has been found infected. A 35-year-old woman has been found infected with Fatehpur Chandila. Six other cases are related to Dabua Mandi. All were employed at the same shop. All are between 30 and 53 years of age.

 

SBI Branch Seal located at Sector-16

The branch was completely sealed on Monday after getting infected by the deputy manager of State Bank of India of Sector-16. The bank will remain closed for three days. Meanwhile the bank will be sanitized. The report of 22 out of 40 employees of the bank has been negative. The remaining 18 are being sampled.

Similarly, after confirmation of Corona in the owner of a private company located on Sarurpur Road, 13 employees of the company are being sampled. His report has also come negative.
