At the same time, a team of Indian nurses has reached Dubai to help in the fight against the coronavirus of UAE. Nurses who came to help the UAE in times of crisis were strongly welcomed at Dubai Airport. The welcome video of the nurses has been shared by PIB in Maharashtra with its official Twitter handle.
In the video, Indian nurses are being welcomed with roses at Dubai airport. Along with this, facilities like checking and screening of nurses have also been provided at the airport. PIB in Maharashtra wrote the caption with the video- 'Many people are returning, these people have gone. 88 Indian nurses have reached Dubai to help the UAE against Covid-19. Helping a friend in need is the objective of the India-UAE relationship.
Prior to this, the official Twitter handle of India in UAE was informed about the safety of Indian nurses to land safely in the UAE. Sharing a picture inside the flight, it was written in a tweet- 'A salute to India, UAE and humanity on behalf of health workers. We are up to you We salute you too. ' According to media reports, these Indian nurses who have reached Dubai are from Karnataka, Kerala and Maharashtra. All these nurses in Dubai will be kept in the Quarantine Center for 14 days. After this, according to the need, different UAE hospitals will be sent.
