Demonstrations against the hijab in Iran continue even after 100 days. The government is suppressing the protesters. On the other hand, the protesters are not ready to back down. Demonstrations took place in many places in Iran on Sunday. In this, women raised slogans – even if we lose our lives, we will not bow down. Due to the courage of women, support for them is increasing.

Lawyers and celebrities have come together with human rights activists to protest against the hijab. Meanwhile, the hideous face of Iran has also been exposed. Mahsa Pairavi, a 25-year-old woman who took off her hijab during the demonstrations on October 17, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by the 15th bench of the Revolutionary Court. He is accused of promoting cronyism and corruption. The head of the bench, Abolqasem Salavati, is being described by human rights activists as the 'execution judge in Iran'.

7 people arrested, Iran said – acts of destruction going on from Britain

Iran's Revolutionary Guards have arrested 7 people protesting against moral policing, who hold dual citizenship of the UK and Ukraine. The Iranian government has said that these people were trying to escape from Iran. Accusing Iran of fueling the protests, Iran's foreign ministry said the arrest proved Britain's links to subversive activities here.

Earlier, it has also been alleged by the government that there is a conspiracy of enemy countries in the protests. These protesters have received military training in enemy countries like America, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. For this reason, along with violence, they are also vandalizing government property. On the other hand, Britain's Foreign Ministry said that a report has been sought from Iran about the people arrested.

Performance for the third time in 5 years, this is the longest

It has become the longest-running protest in the country since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. Earlier, in the last 5 years, there have been two more demonstrations, but they were suppressed. The protests, which began in late 2017, lasted until early 2018. Whereas in November 2019, women demonstrated across the country demanding freedom, and living life on their terms. The demonstrations were supported by some celebrities. For this reason, he was either expelled from the country or arrested.

Germany postpones business plans with Iran

Germany has postponed business plans with Iran due to the crackdown on protests. Also, now he will not promote the existing schemes. According to the Bloomberg report, the situation in Iran has become very serious. Earlier, the top diplomat of the European Union said that relations with Iran are deteriorating. It affects loan and investment guarantees introduced after the 2016 Iran nuclear deal. For this reason, his investment guarantee will be stopped from next January.
