On seeing Tharoor, the PM thanked him in the middle of his speech, after which the BJP MPs in the House raised slogans of division in the Congress.

The Congress leader said it was wrong for the PM to attack the terrorist incidents that took place during the UPA regime. He said that these attacks were on the country and not on Congress.
