According to the Union Health Ministry, 64% of active cases in the country are in only 6 states. 50% of these are in Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Kerala. The rest are in other states.

 

The Corona figure in the country has crossed 76 lakhs. So far 76 lakh 48 thousand 373 people have been found infected. In the last 24 hours, 54 thousand 404 new cases were found, 61 thousand 933 people recovered and 714 patients died.

1. Madhya Pradesh

Of these, 12 thousand 507 patients are currently being treated, while 1 lakh 46 thousand 860 people have been cured. So far 2811 people have died due to infection.

 

2. Rajasthan

 

The number of corona patients in the state has gone to 1 lakh 77 thousand 123. Within the last 24 hours, 1897 newcomers were found. At present, treatment of 20 thousand 254 patients is underway, while 1 lakh 55 thousand 95 people have been cured so far. The number of people who lost their lives to infection is 1774.

 

3. Bihar

 

The number of those who lost their lives due to infection in the state has crossed 1 thousand. So far, 1011 people have lost their lives. In the last 24 hours, 8 infected have died. 1837 new patients were found and 1100 people recovered. So far, 2 lakh 6 thousand 961 people have been infected. Out of these 11 thousand 60 patients are being treated, while 1 lakh 94 thousand 889 people have been cured.

 

4. Maharashtra

 

In 24 hours 8151 people were found infected in the state. 7429 people recovered and 213 patients died. So far 16 lakh 9 thousand 516 people have been found infected. Out of these, 1 lakh 74 thousand 268 patients are currently being treated, while 13 lakh 92 thousand 308 people have been cured. So far 42 thousand 453 people have died due to infection.

 

5. Uttar Pradesh

 

The figure of corona patients in the state has gone up to 4 lakh 59 thousand 154. In the last 24 hours, 2289 new patients were found, 3339 people recovered and 29 patients died. Right now, 30 thousand 426 patients are under treatment, while 4 lakh 22 thousand 24 people have been cured. So far, 6714 patients have died due to infection.
