anger among passengers
The passengers claimed that after the security check was completed, they were informed about the flight cancellation while they were waiting to board the plane. However, Air India Express has asked the passengers to refund the full amount or travel on some other date, but the passengers are not happy with it.

Amrita said, 'I was supposed to fly to Muscat at around 8 am today, but the flight got canceled. I need to reach Muscat as my husband has been admitted to the hospital.
