Asian Games: India broke two records in shooting, Palak-Isha did wonders; Aishwarya-Swapnil-Akhil's trio also dominated

Indian shooters performed brilliantly on Friday (September 29) on the sixth day of the Asian Games. Women and male players together add four medals to India's account. Apart from this, two big records were also demolished. In the current edition of the Asian Games, now only 17 medals have been made in India's only shooting. On the sixth day, Isha Singh and Palak won two medals each.

 

Palak and Isha defeated Pakistani player

Palak captured the gold medal in the women's 10m air pistol event. At the same time, Isha Singh captured the silver medal. Pakistan's Kimala Talat had to be content with the bronze medal. Palak scored 242.1 and Ishaan scored 239.7. Palak also set a record for the Asian Games. He scored the biggest score in this event. At the same time, Kimala scored 218.2. Isha is the fourth medal in the competition.

 

 

50 meter rifle 3 position men's team gold

In the shooting, Aishwarya Pratap Singh, Swapnil and Akhil's trio did wonders. The three together won the gold medal in the 50 meter rifle 3 position men's team event. The three together scored 1769. Aishwarth, Swapnil and Akhil also set the world record. America had the record of the biggest score earlier in this event. He scored 1761 last year.

 

Silver in 10 meter air pistol women's team event

India won a silver medal at the 10m Air Pistol Women's Team event. The Indian women's team players Isha Singh, Palak and Divya did wonders. Isha Singh, Palak and Divya's team finished second with a score of 1731-50x.

 

Prime Minister congratulated

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the shooters on winning the medal. The Prime Minister wrote on X (first Twitter), "Another medal in shooting in the Asian Games! Congratulations to Divya Thadigol, Isha Singh and Palak for winning a silver medal in the 10m air pistol women's team event. His success will inspire many emerging players. "
