Ayodhya: DM said - If the Ram temple trust sells the land today, you will get double the price, know how the whole deal was done

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which bought two crore land for 18.50 crores, is still in profit. However, many legal and moral obligations for politics will continue to question the theory of trust. But the reality is that the registry of two crores was based on an agreement made 4 years ago, then 6 months of the year used to pass in the shadow of the bayonets in the city of Ram.

 

 

But after the Supreme Court's decision in favor of the Ram temple a year and a half ago, the price of land here has increased more than 10 times. The plot purchased by the trust in Bagh Bijaisi locality is at the exact place where the main gate of Ayodhya railway station being built like the model of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple is proposed in the new plan.

 

 

Because of this, a report was sent on behalf of the trust's general secretary Champat Rai, comparing the market value to the top of governance and power, including the trustees, late on Sunday. The trust has also announced that no matter how expensive the land will be found in the expansion of the Ram temple, it will not hold back from buying it.

 

After the Supreme Court's decision in favor of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi on 9 November 2019, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust was formed by the Central Government for the first time is surrounded by controversies regarding the purchase of the plot. Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh and former SP minister Tej Narayan Pandey, through Harish Kumar Pathak alias Baba Haridas and wife Kusum Pathak, transferred plot number 243, 244, and 246 acreages 12080 square meters i.e. 129980.8 square feet to Sultan Ansari and his wife Kusum Pathak. 10 minutes after selling Ravi Mohan Tiwari, he has made a serious allegation of a big scam by selling Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for 18:50 crores. But a big truth was deliberately concealed while making allegations, there are three entries on the same page of 18 March 2021 to be uploaded online registry document.

 

First of all, the information and documents about the cancellation of the contract of sale deed of Kusum Pathak and Harish Kumar Pathak alias Baba Haridas, etc. are uploaded. That is, both the above sellers had earlier contracted their land to Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari. A few minutes ago the contract agreement was canceled. After this, the registration was done in favor of those who agreed, then the party who got the registry made a registered agreement with the possession of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.

 

The land agreement was done by paying 92 lakhs in advance.

When the agreement was examined, it came to light that the land agreement was done in the year 2017 by paying 92 lakhs in advance for Rs. 2 crores 16 lakhs. It is clear from this that the value of the land was of that period of 2017 when 6 major festivals and fairs including Ram Navami were held in Ayodhya on 6th December under the shadow of bayonets. Even on these occasions, shopkeepers yearned for earning. Then people's days were spent in doubt, fear, and panic.

 

Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, says that the allegations of the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party and Samajwadi Party are political gainers, it has no relation even far from the truth. If the market value of the land that the trust has taken, comes on the spot and does an anti-inquiry, then the mouth will be locked. The trust is sincerely engaged in the cultural development of Ayodhya. Iqbal, who is associated with the land-trading business, says that the plot which the trust has taken used to belong to Haji Fak, he did not have any children, so it was decided to give it to the Waqf Board. Later those who were influential across the board began to acquire it and sell it to many people.

 

From them, Harish Pathak had bought many lands in the name of himself and his wife at a very cheap price, in a part of it the agreement of 2017 was going on after the agreement of many people. However, in 3 years this too should have ended as per the rules. Rajesh Verma, who runs a developer company, says that this area is being liked the most by the traders coming from all the states including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Rajasthan. If the trust sells its land today, it can get double the price.

 

Right in front of this, the main gate of the Ayodhya railway station is to be built.

On the matter, District Magistrate Ayodhya Anuj Kumar Jha says that the land purchased by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in the Bagh Bijaisi locality is at a very important place. Right in front of this, the main gate of the Ayodhya railway station is to be built. In the new plan, this area will become the biggest commercial hub. The trust's plan should be welcome for the facilities of the devotees. The paucity of funds will not come in the way of the grandeur and expansion of the Ram temple.
