Baba Siddique Murder Case: 'It is very difficult to believe that Baba is no more, the culprits should be punished', said Madhur Bhandarkar

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead in Mumbai on Saturday night. According to Mumbai Police, unknown gunmen attacked. Baba Siddiqui was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, but doctors could not save him. Baba Siddiqui's last rites were performed with state honors at Mumbai's Bada Kabristan yesterday on Sunday. Baba Siddiqui also had a special connection with Bollywood. From Salman Khan to Shahrukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, many stars used to come to his Iftar party. Madhur Bhandarkar has demanded strict punishment for the criminals on Baba's murder.

 

'He used to meet people very lovingly'

Film producer Madhur Bhandarkar said in a conversation with news agency ANI, 'Baba Siddiqui was very cheerful. I always used to come to his Iftar party. Whatever happened to him is very regrettable. I knew Baba for many years. He always used to meet people. This is very sad and shocking. It is difficult to believe that Baba is no longer among us'.

 

Security increased outside Salman Khan's house.

 

Madhur Bhandarkar further said, 'The criminals should get severe punishment. May Baba's family and his loved ones get the strength to bear this sorrow.' After the murder of Baba Siddiqui, security has been increased outside actor Salman Khan's house Galaxy Apartment. According to the information, Salman's family has requested close ones and friends that no one should come to meet the actor right now'.

 

'Do not come to meet Salman Khan'

 

Salman Khan and Baba Siddiqui were very close friends. Salman always used to attend Baba's Iftar party. Not only this, Baba Siddiqui had also resolved the differences between Shahrukh and Salman Khan and made the two stars friends again. Salman Khan was with Baba throughout his last journey. Salman Khan is completely broken after the departure of his close friend from this world.
