He has been seriously injured in the attack and is fighting for his life in the hospital. Das said that lawyer Roy's only mistake was to defend Chinmoy Prabhu in court.
ISKCON Kolkata spokesperson Das posted a post on X with a picture of Roy in the ICU. He said pray for lawyer Ramen Roy. Islamic fundamentalists vandalized his house and attacked him brutally. He claimed that Roy was seriously injured in the attack. He is currently in the ICU and is fighting for his life.
The attack is a direct result of Chinmoy Prabhu's legal defense: Das.

Chinmay Krishna Das Prabhu, spokesperson of Bangladesh Sammilita Sanatani Jagran Jot, was arrested from Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport last Monday.
