Minister in the Delhi government and Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain has received a major setback from the Delhi court. The court has rejected his bail plea in the money laundering case. Today, the Rouse Avenue Court rejected the bail plea of ​​Jain and two others in the money laundering case. Vaibhav and Ankush Jain have also accused them. His bail plea has also been rejected. The court gave its verdict in this matter today. The court refused to grant him bail.

 

Arrested on 30 May

Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on May 30 under sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Due to not getting bail, the difficulties of Satyendar Jain are increasing. Jain is currently lodged in Tihar Jail and has been kept in judicial custody. The court gave its verdict today at 2 pm. Earlier, the court had postponed the decision. Since morning there was a discussion about whether he would get bail or not. Before this, the court had postponed the decision due to non-preparation of the order. The court had reserved the verdict.

 

What to say of Satyendra Jain

Jain said that he has been arrested because of becoming a minister, otherwise, he has not done anything wrong. He cited his health reasons for bail. He also told the court that the investigating agencies (CBI and ED) do not have any solid evidence against him, so he should not be kept in custody. He also said that he has been in judicial custody for a long time.
