New Delhi

Bookings for 200 special trains running from June 1 began on the IRCTC website today from 10 am after the end of the lockdown on the coronavirus epidemic. Within minutes of booking, seats in many trains have become full and the option of rigret is coming. Although the railway was said to have started booking 200 trains, not all trains are appearing on the website. In the first half hour, 22 thousand PRS from Delhi, 25,000 PRS from Mumbai, 12,00 ticket PRS from Chennai have been generated, while the Calcutta PRS data has not been found.

Many of the trains were visible in the list released on the IRCTC website, but many were not visible. In such a situation, bookers had to face difficulties.

List of 200 trains released

Lockdown 4.0 continues and in the meantime the Railways on Wednesday released a list of 100 pairs of passenger trains, which will run from June 1. These include popular trains like Duronto, Sampark Kranti, Jan Shatabdi and Purva Express. In a statement issued earlier, the Railways said that these trains will be fully air-conditioned. These trains will have both AC and non-AC coaches which will be fully reserved. That is, no coach will be unreserved in these trains. The fare of these trains will be ordinary.

15 special trains run from May 12

Earlier, when it was announced to run 15 special trains from May 12, booking was started from 4 pm on May 11. Booking had to be stopped due to high load on the IRCTC site after the last booking started. Later booking was started again at 6 pm. In the second time, in the Howrah-New Delhi Express train in less than 10 minutes, all the tickets of Third AC and First AC were booked. However, when the booking started again, the same problems started appearing, due to which the passengers had to face huge difficulties in booking tickets.
