Both went to their home today. According to the news of PTI, Kohli has been rested for 10 days. Earlier on Friday, it was reported that Kohli will also not be a part of the three-match T20 series against Sri Lanka starting from February 24. This series will start in Lucknow. After this, the remaining two matches will be played in Dharamsala on 26 and 27 February.

From time to time, players will get breaks from Bio Bubble

A senior BCCI official said, “Kohli went to his house on Saturday morning. India has already won the series. The BCCI had decided that regular players playing in all formats would be given a break from the bio bubble from time to time to manage their workload and take care of their mental health. Let us tell you that in the second match against West Indies, Kohli scored a brilliant half-century. At the same time, Pant had scored 52 runs in just 28 balls. Rishabh was also the man of the match in the second match.

T20 series will start on February 24

BCCI has already announced the schedule of the T20 and Test series between Team India and Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan team's tour will start with the first T20 match in Lucknow on February 24. The two-match Test series will start in Mohali on March 4. Former captain Virat Kohli will play his 100th Test match in Mohali itself.

Will Rohit become the captain of the Test?

A BCCI official had said in his statement that selectors, players, coaches all want Rohit Sharma to become the captain of the Test team as well. He had said that the official announcement of Rohit's appointment as the Test captain would be made after the selection of the team for the series with Sri Lanka next week. Hitman is already the captain of Team India in ODI and T20 formats. Kohli can play his 100th test match only under the captaincy of Rohit.
