The woman, arrested from Uttarakhand, is accused of uploading pictures of Muslim women on the app and bidding for them. The woman is being brought to Mumbai for investigation. He will be produced in the Uttarakhand court for transit remand. At the same time, the court has sent the arrested engineering student in the 'Bully Bai' app case to the custody of Mumbai Police till January 10.

 

Mumbai Police has got another success in the controversial app case named Bully Bai. The main accused woman in the case has been arrested. It is being told that she is the main accused in the woman's case. Earlier on Monday, 21-year-old engineering student Vishal Kumar from Bengaluru was arrested by the police. Both are co-accused in the case and know each other. According to the police, they are friends on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. So they kept in touch with each other.

 

Mumbai Police said that the main accused woman was handling three accounts linked to the 'Bully Bai' app. Co-accused Vishal Kumar opened an account in the name of Khalsa Supremacist. On December 31, he changed the names of other accounts to those of Sikh names. The court sent the engineering student arrested in the 'Bully Bai' app case to the custody of Mumbai Police till January 10.

 

It is worth noting that after the complaint received by the Cyber ​​Cell of Mumbai Police, the Cyber ​​Cell was investigating the matter. According to the FIR, Bully Bai was an application where famous Muslim women were posted and bidding for them.

 

Many people raised questions on this matter and people's complaints were started, after which the cyber cell of Mumbai Police has registered against unknown people under sections 354D, 509, 500, 153A, 295A, 153B, Section 67 of IT. A case was registered under the sections and investigation was started.
