Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh has said that if people do not agree, they can also impose a complete lockdown in the state. The CM said that he was not in favor of imposing a complete lockdown in the state, but if people did not stop the slack then they would have to consider forcing complete lockdown. He said that till now I have been completely against the detention in the state because it would affect the people of the poor sections badly. This will shut down industries and migrant workers will have to migrate. But if the crisis does not stop, then the decision of complete lockdown may also have to be considered.

Restrictions like mini lockdown are in force in Punjab at present. Apart from this, some more restrictions were announced by the government on Sunday. On Monday, DGP Dinkar Gupta said in a meeting convened on Monday that efforts are on to implement the Corona sanctions in the state strictly. Meanwhile, Captain Amarinder Singh also announced a ban on takeaway deliveries from the restaurant. He said that some youths are using unscrupulous use of being allowed to go home with the goods from the restaurant so that they can roam. However, home delivery permission will remain on behalf of the restaurant staff. Apart from this, shops selling fertilizers are also allowed to open.
