CBSE instruction: Board asks schools to submit a list of candidates, the process will start on June 16

The Central Board of Secondary Education has asked all the schools to submit the List of Candidates (LOC) of the students who appeared in the 10th and 12th board exams. The process of submission of LOC for schools will start on June 16. It can be submitted by visiting the official website of CBSE by 31st August. The board has issued guidelines to the school heads in this regard. Schools will not be able to rectify the data once uploaded on the LOC of the students.

 

It is necessary to prepare the LOC of the students to appear in the examinations for 10th-12th. Under this, students of classes X and XII will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 1500 for five subjects.

 

SC and ST students studying in Delhi government schools will have to pay Rs 1200 as an examination fee. If a student opts for any additional subject then he/she will have to pay Rs.300/- per subject as an examination fee. Schools can deposit the examination fee from September 1 to September 15 with a late fee of Rs 2,000. Students of class XII will also have to pay Rs 150 per subject for practicals.

 

Visually impaired students will be exempted from paying the examination fee. It is to be known that it has already been announced by the board that from the academic session 2022-23, the board examination will be held only once. Whereas due to the corona epidemic, the examination has been conducted twice with fifty-fifty percent syllabus under the session 2021-22.
