This decision shows the immense reverence of the Modi government towards Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and our Sikh community.
Let us inform you that on Monday, a delegation of Punjab BJP leaders had met President Ram Nath Kovind in this regard. BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam, State General Secretary Dyal Singh Sodhi, National Executive Member Harjit Singh Grewal, and Kisan Morcha State President Bikramjit Singh Cheema, who arrived to meet Punjab BJP President Ashwani Sharma, had demanded from the President that Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Kartarpur Corridor should be opened for the people on the occasion of Prakash Parv.
