UPI payment limit increased in IPO

 

Talking about the other big changes from May 1, if you are a retail investor and pay through UPI to invest in the IPO of a company, then according to the new rules of SEBI, you can now submit a bid of up to Rs 5 lakh. can do. At present this limit is Rs 2 lakh. The new limit will be valid for all IPOs that come after May 1. Let us inform here that the market regulator SEBI had allowed the payment of UPI for investment in IPO in November 2018 itself, which is effective from July 1, 2019.

The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to impose a toll tax on the 340 km long Purvanchal Expressway connecting the capital Lucknow with Ghazipur. Toll tax collection will start on Purvanchal Expressway from May 1. According to the report, toll tax will be charged at the rate of Rs 2.45 per kilometer on the Purvanchal Expressway.

This 340 km long expressway was developed in eight packages. 22 flyovers, 7 railway overbridges, 7 major bridges, and 114 minor bridges have been built in this expressway. Apart from this, 45 vehicle underpasses, 139 small vehicle underpasses, 87 pedestrian underpasses, and 525 box culverts have been constructed on the expressway. This expressway has been constructed at a cost of about Rs 11,216 crore.

 

Banks will remain closed for four consecutive days
