At the same time, a Karona infected patient escaped from Ambedkar Hospital (Mekahara) in Raipur on Tuesday morning. It is being told that he is creating a ruckus by going to Naya Raipur. The absconding patient is a resident of Jagdalpur and works as a cook living in Naya Raipur. The hospital's PRO Shubhra Singh said that the patient came on July 17 by referring to DKS. Buses started 10 days ago, already had a ride crisis

Due to the lockdown from 22 July Wednesday in the state, no bus will leave from Raipur from Tuesday morning. The lockdown will begin at midnight Tuesday. Bus operators say that Raipur has a lockdown till 28 July, but in some districts, it will remain till 31 July. Hence, the buses will probably stop operating till 31 July. The buses were started 10 days in advance after being closed for almost three months.

 

Raipur: Number of corona infected 1252, active 602, 9 killed

The number of patients in Raipur, which has become a hot spot of corona infected, is increasing rapidly. So far 1252 positives have been received. There are 602 active cases. While 9 people have died and this is the highest in the state so far. Because of this, curfew will be imposed in Raipur from 9 pm on Tuesday. With this, the lockdown will remain till 28 July. During this time, there will not be an option to open grocery stores.

 

Bemetara: Lockdown begins, but grocery shops will open till 4 pm

The longest 14-day lockdown has been imposed in Demetra. It has started on Tuesday morning and will remain till August 4. However, the discount for the opening of grocery stores is given till 4 pm. Transport services will remain closed. Curfew will remain from 9 am to 5 am. Government offices will also be closed for the common people. The district is not being sealed completely due to it being close to the state highway apart from the National Highway connecting Bilaspur-Raipur.

Korba: Because of the increasing transition of Corona in the district, the Collector has issued a directive for lockdown in the municipal limits. The lockdown period will be from July 22 to July 28 at 12 pm. For urgent services, a time has been set from 6 am to 10 am.

Mungeli: Here too the lockdown will be from 22 July to 28 July at 12 pm. Lockdown will be effective in all the three blocks of Mungeli, Lormi, Patharia. Collector PS Elma has issued an order for this.

Ambikapur: Lockdown was done here earlier. Because of the increasing number of patients, it is discontinued intermittently. Now the lockdown will be from 12 noon on July 22 to midnight on July 29, 2020.

Bilaspur: From July 23 to July 31, there will be lockdown in Bilaspur Municipal Corporation, Bilha, and Bodri Nagar Panchayat.

Durg: Lockdown will continue in the district from 12 noon to 29 July 22 night. During this period, Haneda, Dhanora, Chikhali, Kolihapuri, Angora, Khapri and Mahmara of Durg Nigam area, Khedamra of Bhilai, Dumardih and Umarpoti of Risali, Palika area including the storm of Charoda, Dhamur of Jamul, Amaleshwar, and Sankra of Patan, Panchdewari of Kumhari and The lockdown will remain in effect at Akhiwara, Utai and Dhamadha municipality with Akola.

Rajnandgaon: There will be lockdown in the district from 12 noon on July 23 to 12 noon on July 29. Shops of essential commodities will remain open from 6 to 10 am.

Janjgir-Champa: A lockdown has been announced from July 24 in 15 urban areas of the district. This lockdown will remain in force for 7 days till 30 July. The District Collector has issued its orders.

Corona in Chhattisgarh

In Chhattisgarh, corona cases have started increasing. So far, the number of infected patients has reached 5598 in the state. Of these, 28 patients have died. While the active cases are 1626. However, 3944 patients have been discharged from the hospital after recovering. Despite this, the number of patients recovering has declined.
