This time a large area of North India is yearning for rain. However, in the meantime, the Meteorological Department has given a relief prediction. According to IMD, Monsoon is likely to shift northwards in the next one week. After this, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal may receive sufficient rain.

Talking about Tuesday, the country received 11 percent more rainfall than normal, while the Northeast recorded 14 percent less rainfall than normal. Till Monday, Uttar Pradesh received 45 percent less rainfall than normal. At the same time, the situation in Bihar and Jharkhand is almost the same. The Meteorological Department says that the monsoon will shift northwards after a week and rain activity will increase. According to the Meteorological Department, a low-pressure area remains in the northeast and northwest of the Arabian Sea. Due to this, there may be good rain in North India. At the same time, from July 28, a new Western Disturbance can also form in the Himalayan region.

A Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over East Rajasthan and adjoining areas. In such a situation, heavy rainfall is expected at many places in Jammu and Kashmir from July 27 to 30. Apart from this, rain may also occur in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from 26 to 30 July. Apart from this, moderate to heavy rains are also expected in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, Bihar. On July 28, there is a possibility of rain in Delhi also.

M Mohapatra, director of the Meteorological Department said, 'Now there will be a decrease in rainfall in the country, but in North India, the rainfall will increase. The effect of a weak monsoon should end in a week. He said that it is good that the monsoon will shift northwards and people will get relief when there is a flood situation.

The Meteorological Department has said that there will be rain in the country from August 4 to August 17. Mohapatra said, saying that there will be no rain in August can be proved wrong. Let us tell you that due to less rainfall in North India, paddy cultivation is being damaged. However, it is expected that due to abundant rains from next week, the crop will improve.
