The effect of a weak monsoon should end in a week. He said that it is good that the monsoon will shift northwards and people will get relief when there is a flood situation.

The Meteorological Department has said that there will be rain in the country from August 4 to August 17. Mohapatra said, saying that there will be no rain in August can be proved wrong.
