
New Delhi, March 29 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy morning on Sunday in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 20.3 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
The Met office has forecast a cloudy ahead with light rains in some parts of the city.
"Sunday morning was cloudy and the day ahead is likely to remain the same. Light rain or thunder shower is expected by the evening," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 64 percent.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 32 degrees Celsius.
Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36.1 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 17.6 degrees Celsius, normal for the season's average.
