Cool Saturday morning in Delhi

New Delhi, March 14 (IANS) It was a nippy morning here on Saturday with the minimum temperature settling a notch below the season's average at 14.2 degrees Celsius.

The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day ahead.

"The day will be cloudy. One or two spells of very light rain may occur in some areas," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 90 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature was 28.3 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, and the minimum was 14.2 degrees Celsius, slightly below the season's average.
