“ये कोविद -19 सकारात्मक मामले थे जिनके अंतिम परीक्षण के परिणाम SARS-cov-2 वायरस की उपस्थिति के लिए नकारात्मक आए। प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार, बीमारी के लिए सकारात्मक परीक्षण करने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को एक विशेष अवधि के लिए अस्पताल के अलगाव में प्रबंधित करने की आवश्यकता होती है। वायरस की उपस्थिति की जांच के लिए परीक्षण 14 तारीख को दोहराया जाता है। अगर यह नकारात्मक हो जाता है, तो एक और परीक्षण 24 घंटों के अंतराल के भीतर दोहराया जाना चाहिए, और यदि वह परिणाम भी नकारात्मक आता है, तो रोगी को रोग मुक्त घोषित किया जाता है, ”एक वरिष्ठ स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अधिकारी ने भारत में फैलने से निपटने के लिए कहा।
अधिकारी ने कहा, "चूंकि इन रोगियों को छुट्टी दे दी गई है, इसका मतलब है कि उनके सभी परीक्षा परिणाम नकारात्मक थे, और उन्हें रोग मुक्त करार दिया जा सकता है।"
पिछले महीने, केरल से तीन प्रारंभिक सकारात्मक मामलों को रोग मुक्त घोषित किया गया था और अस्पतालों से छुट्टी दे दी गई थी। डिस्चार्ज किए गए मामलों में संक्रमण की पुनरावृत्ति की कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं है।
इस बीच, भारत ने इस साल 17 जनवरी से कोविद -19 के लिए 6500 नमूनों का परीक्षण किया है। 83 परीक्षण किए गए सभी नमूनों में से सकारात्मक लौट आए हैं। शनिवार को सामने आया नया मामला उत्तर प्रदेश का है।
भारत में अब तक इस बीमारी से दो लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है, और स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अनुसार दोनों मामलों में अंतर्निहित चिकित्सा की स्थिति जैसे उच्च रक्तचाप, मधुमेह, अस्थमा आदि थे, जिससे उनकी स्थिति बढ़ गई थी।
भारत में अब तक संक्रमण हल्का रहा है, और जयपुर में भर्ती दो रोगियों के अलावा, बाकी को एंटी-एचआईवी / एड्स दवा की आवश्यकता नहीं थी जिसे अस्थिर कोविद -19 मामलों के प्रबंधन के लिए ‘प्रतिबंधित उपयोग’ के तहत अनुमति दी गई है।
