
The Delhi government has taken another major decision regarding the corona virus. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has said that IPL bans have been banned. They have said that a person can spread corona.
They have told that we have decided to ban any sports activity, where people will gather in large numbers for the IPL. All sports, events, seminars, conferences have been banned in Delhi.
Corona epidemic declared, school-college, cinema closed until 31 March
In view of the increasing cases of corona in the entire country including Delhi, the Government of Delhi has declared CYD-19 (Corona virus) an epidemic on Thursday. This decision has been taken in a review meeting between LG Anil Baijal and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. In the meeting, as a precaution, the Delhi government has decided to close all cinema halls and schools and colleges which do not have examinations till March 31.
Giving information about the review meeting with LG, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the Delhi government is fully prepared to deal with the situation arising out of Corona. He said that in the meeting, all the steps taken so far have been reviewed and many important decisions have been taken. The Delhi government has decided to close all cinema halls by 31 March. All schools and colleges where there are no exams will also be closed. We have enough beds to cotain (keep separately) patients. Beds are being arranged in the empty flat of our Dusib. Arrangements for Corentine are also being made in other under-construction hospitals including Burari. In addition, more than 500 beds are ready in hospitals.
Malls, shops and institutions will be disinfected
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the Delhi government has decided to declare Corona as an epidemic. Apart from this, it is being made mandatory for all public places including all government offices, all private offices, malls and shops, that they will disinfect your public space. All institutions are being directed to disinfect their public spaces daily, so that people can be saved from the danger of corona.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appealed to the people of Delhi to take the decision that the government is taking in view of the threat of corona virus. All passengers and people coming into contact with them are being monitored after investigation. Separate beds have been provided for the treatment of patients in 19 and 6 private hospitals of Delhi Government. All buses and metro are being disinfected daily.
