Corona Vaccination Updates: Vaccination figure crossed 12 Crore 38 lakhs in the country, US-China lagged behind

According to the latest report, till 7 am the figures show that 12 crores 38 lakh 52 thousand 566 people have been vaccinated in the country. Giving this information, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that more than 24 lakh people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours.

The ongoing immunization drive on April 18, 2021, vaccinated 93 days 12,30,007 people, of which 9,40,725 beneficiaries were given 21,905 first doses for the first dose and 2,89,282 beneficiaries were given the second dose of the vaccine. According to the report, 59.5 percent of the total doses given so far in the country have been given in eight states. It is believed that more than 10 million corona vaccine doses have been given in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, including the first and second doses.

 

12 Crore Corona Vaccine Dose Launched in India in 92 Days

 

Corona vaccination work is going on very fast in India. In just 92 days, 12 crore corona vaccine doses were given in India. It took America 97 days and China 108 days to do so. In this context, India defeated both countries in the case of vaccination. However, after America, India is the second most infected country in the world.

 

Strictness increased in India

 

Every day, cases are increasing in the country, keeping in mind that the government has become even tighter. Alam is that weekend lockdown and night curfew have been imposed in most states. All people are being advised to take maximum precautions in times of difficulty. Even today more than 2.5 lakh cases have been reported in India.
