The central government on Tuesday advised to keep a close watch on Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, and Mizoram and take precautionary measures if required. In the letter, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan advised Delhi and the four states to follow the strategy to test, track, treat, vaccinate and follow COVID appropriate behavior.
