Covid Cases In China: 5,643 new cases of Covid-19 surfaced in China on Sunday, restrictions and lockdown continue

Corona outbreak has started increasing once again in China. China on Sunday reported the newest cases of COVID-19 in six months, despite recent hopes of an easing of COVID-19 restrictions. The National Health Commission said that on November 6, 5,643 new cases of Covid 19 have been registered, out of which 569 cases showed symptoms and 5,074 cases showed no symptoms.

 

In comparison, 4,610 new cases were reported a day earlier, in which 588 cases showed symptoms and 4,022 cases showed no symptoms.

Not a single person has died due to Corona. At the same time, till November 6, the death rate was 5,226. There are a total of 264,123 cases of corona in China.

 

In Beijing, the capital of China, 41 symptomatic and 18 asymptomatic cases were reported on the previous day, compared to 43 symptomatic (in which corona symptoms were found) and 6 asymptomatic (in which corona symptoms were not found).

Most analysts believe any change will be gradual and a major relief is unlikely until sometime next year. Speculation ran rampant in the stock markets in China this week, with investors, as well as the public, holding off on any signs of a possible turnaround.

3500 new cases of corona on Saturday

China on Saturday reported identifying nearly 3500 new cases the previous day, including nearly 3,000 who tested positive despite having no COVID-19 symptoms. In southeast Guangzhou City, Haiju district suspended bus and subway service for three days and urged residents to stay at home.
