Corona has once again started spreading its foot in the country. According to the Union Health Ministry, 335 new cases of Covid were reported in India on Sunday. Currently, a total of 1,701 active cases of Covid have been recorded in the country. India's COVID-19 caseload stands at 4.50 crore (4,50,04,816).

There was a stir in Kerala due to the death of four people.

According to the data updated at 8 am, five more people have died, including four in Kerala and one in Uttar Pradesh. The death toll from this infection increased to 5,33,316. There is once again an increase in the number of deaths, after which the concern of the health department has started increasing once again.

WHO issued a new advisory?

At present, given the increasing outbreak of Covid, the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned many countries including India to remain alert. WHO has issued an advisory and advised us to follow the Covid protocol. The organization has asked all affected countries to continue strict monitoring and testing.

Not only this, the World Health Organization has shared a video of Dr. Maria Van, the global health body's COVID-19 technical head, in which she is briefly explaining the causes of Covid and its prevention.

The new variant increases the concern

The new variant of Covid JN.1 has increased the concern of the people. However, it is believed that it can be treated only with the existing vaccine, but its spread may become a challenge in the future.

Also, it is feared that people who have been affected by Covid before as well as vaccinated people can easily be affected by this Covid. At present, symptoms of this new variant have been found in a 79-year-old woman in Kerala, after which her treatment is going on.
