केंद्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को घोषणा की कि COVID-19 की वजह से 21 दिन के देशव्यापी बंद के दौरान देश भर में आवश्यक वस्तुओं को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए एक एयर कार्गो प्रबंधन समूह बनाया गया है।
मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को ट्विटर पर कहा, "निजी एयरलाइंस या फ्रेटर्स को आवश्यक वस्तुओं की सुचारू आवाजाही के लिए राज्यों या केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों के अनुरोध को जोड़ने के लिए सह-चुना गया है।"
इसने कहा कि इसके अलावा, अलायंस एयर के एटीआर विमानों को दिल्ली, कोलकाता, मुंबई, बेंगलुरु और हैदराबाद में स्टैंडबाय पर रखा गया है।
मंत्रालय ने कहा कि विमानों को विशेष रूप से भारतीय चिकित्सा अनुसंधान परिषद (आईसीएमआर) की वस्तुओं को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए बड़े विमानों की आवश्यकता वाले बक्से के लिए रियायती दरों पर किराए पर लिया जा रहा है, मंत्रालय ने कहा।
“इंट्रा-क्षेत्र आंदोलनों के लिए उत्तर-पूर्व में हेलीकॉप्टर तैयार हैं। सहायता के प्रयासों में रुचि रखने वाली निजी एजेंसियों को समर्थन दिया जा रहा है।
“कार्गो के सुगम आवागमन के लिए एक समर्पित टीम के साथ COVID-19 के लिए एक एयर कार्गो प्रबंधन समूह बनाया गया है। मंत्रालय पूरे देश में आवश्यक वस्तुओं को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए एक केंद्र और बात कर रहा है। राज्यों / केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के निवासी आयुक्त समूह का हिस्सा हैं, ”मंत्रालय ने ट्विटर पर कहा।
आवश्यक वस्तुओं विशेष रूप से दवा और आईसीएमआर किट को शुक्रवार को दिल्ली से आइजोल, डिब्रूगढ़, कोलकाता और हैदराबाद ले जाया गया।
मंत्रालय ने कहा, "दिन की दूसरी उड़ान ने मुंबई से पुणे, बेंगलुरु और त्रिवेंद्रम तक आवश्यक वस्तुओं को पहुंचाया।"
