Deoghar accident: When the breath was stuck for hours on the ropeway of death, the survivors told a painful scene

The rescue operation started after the Deoghar ropeway accident has ended. All the people trapped after the accident have been taken out. Those trapped in the accident have been admitted to the hospital. The people trapped in the incident told in the conversation that they were trapped for more than 40 hours. He did not expect at all that he would be able to come back alive from here.

 

Let us tell you that this accident happened on Sunday. Till late Monday night, 32 people and on Tuesday 14 people were safely evacuated. There is also news of the death of 3 people in this incident. In this rescue operation, a joint rescue operation was carried out by the Army, Air Force, NDRF, and ITBP. Most of the people rescued in the incident are from Sitamarhi, Motihari, and Jharkhand in Bihar.

 

There was no hope of survival at all

 

The people rescued in the incident told in a conversation with ABP that they did not expect at all that they would survive. They were sent water and food by the rescue teams late at night through drones. Those people were trapped at such a height that they were getting scared every minute. He had never seen such a dangerous scene before. The people admitted to the hospital thanked the army for getting them out safely.

 

This accident happened due to technical flaws

 

Significantly, this incident took place when 12 ropeway trolleys collided with each other on Trikut hill due to some technical snag and due to which three people died in this accident and 48 others got badly stuck in the trolley. In this accident, 10 tourists were seriously injured and one of them died late in the night. After this, two helicopters of the Air Force arrived to rescue the stranded people.

 

But when the rescue operation of the Air Force was going on, an accident happened during this too. 1 youth being rescued died after falling from a helicopter. According to the Jharkhand Tourism Department, this ropeway is located about 20 km from the Baba Baidyanath temple and is 766 meters long while the hill is 392 meters high.
