DG GST team reached Piyush Jain's residence in Kannauj, Piyush to appear in court today

After the residence of perfume trader Piyush Jain, resident of Kannauj, the city of perfume, bags of notes is also being found in Kannauj. The ongoing action of the team of GST Intelligence since Wednesday is still going on. Note counting will continue at his home in Kannauj on Monday. For this, a team of State Bank officers has also come along with RBI, while three big and two small machines for counting notes have been increased.

 

The receipt of notes continues for the third day at the house of perfume trader Piyush Jain in Kannauj. Even today, three big and two small machines are used for counting. Even before the machines are engaged in counting. Today many officials of the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India are also at Piyush Jain's house in Kannauj. Perfume businessman Piyush Jain has been arrested in Kanpur. He was detained in the early hours of Friday and kept at the GST office in Sarvodaya Nagar here.

 

The counting of cash received from the ancestral residence of Piyush Jain, a businessman of several businesses in Kannauj, is going on. Four more machines have arrived for counting ten notes on Monday morning. The machines were brought by SBI personnel. Counting of notes is now being done with a total of seven machines in the businessman's place. Apart from this, samples of the chemical and sandalwood oil recovered here will also be taken. For this 500 empty vials have been ordered.

 

Apart from Kanpur and Kannauj, perfume trader Piyush Jain has more than half a dozen properties in other states. These properties are from Mumbai to Gujarat. It is believed that GST Intelligence and Income Tax officials can start an investigation of these properties soon. Piyush Jain has four houses in Kanpur itself. There is an ancestral property in Kannauj. According to those who know Piyush closely, there are properties of Piyush in Agra, Prayagraj, and Gautam Budh Nagar in Uttar Pradesh itself. He has also bought properties in Mumbai and Gujarat. The properties are in a very posh locality and all of them are worth crores. Piyush has invested his number two-income in buying properties.
