
Famous Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Wednesday on the occasion of New Year. During this, Modi praised Dosanjh a lot for making his mark internationally from humble beginnings.

PM Modi shared a short clip of their conversation on Instagram and said- "A very memorable conversation." He said in a post on Instagram- "A wonderful conversation with Diljit Dosanjh. He is truly multi-talented. We talked about music, culture, and many things." Dosanjh has also shared the conversation between the two on his Instagram.
In this meeting, Modi tells Dosanjh- "It feels great when a boy from a village in India makes a name for himself in the world. Your family named you Diljit and you are winning people's hearts."

Diljit says- "We used to read that my India is great. But when I toured India, I came to know why our country is called great. The biggest magic in India is yoga.' On this, Modi said that only the one who has experienced yoga knows its power.

Diljit said about Prime Minister Modi's love for his mother and his faith in Ganga that the words you said to him reflected that they came from your heart. After this, Diljit expressed his devotion towards Guru Nanak Dev ji through a song.
