We cannot let our business go to China. Trump said that TikTok will have to sell 50 percent of its business to the US, on this condition TikTok will be allowed to operate in the US.

It is worth noting that the Biden government had banned TikTok by making a law. After which TikTok's services were shut down in the US from Saturday evening. However, after Trump's announcement, TikTok's services have resumed. TikTok has also thanked Donald Trump for allowing it to resume operations. Speaking at the Make America Great Again (MAGA) Victory Rally at Capital One Arena in Washington, Donald Trump said, 'We need to save TikTok because we have to save a lot of jobs. We do not want to give our business to China. I have approved TikTok on the condition that America will own 50 percent of TikTok.'
