The ruling Communist Party of China has opened a new front as part of a long and ambitious plan to shape global public opinion by its will. Under this, she is resorting to a fake account for promoting on Twitter. Liu Xiaoming has recently stepped down as Chinese ambassador to Britain. He has been one of the most successful fighters of the Communist Party in this online campaign of China. He joined Twitter in October 2019.

It will be very interesting to know here that a large number of Chinese diplomats have opened their accounts on Twitter and Facebook, while both of them are banned in China. After opening an account on Twitter, Liu created her profile in detail. He has 1,19,000 followers here. He then emerged as the main face of China's aggressive foreign policy. In his tweet, he gives an aggressive reply to the anti-China western world, which his supporters are widely retweeting. However, the public support Liu and his colleagues received on Twitter seems to be artificial.

The Associated Press and Oxford Internet Institute conducted a thorough investigation into the matter for seven months. It was found that the rise of China on Twitter is being done with the help of fake accounts. Tweets from Chinese diplomats and government media are retweeted thousands of times through fake accounts. This makes China's propaganda system successful in spreading its message to millions of people. Many times he does not even say that this material is government-sponsored.

From June to January, more than half of the accounts from which Liu's tweet was retweeted have been suspended by Twitter for violating the rules. However, this suspension of Twitter could not stop China's propaganda from doing its job.
