Heavy rain expected in Western Uttar Pradesh including Delhi-NCR
Heavy rain is expected in many districts of Uttar Pradesh between Friday and Saturday. The maximum impact will be seen in the districts of Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh. Dark clouds have engulfed Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Bijnor, and adjoining districts. Strong winds are also blowing here.
Earlier on Thursday too, there was a lot of rain in these districts. The water continued to fall till late in the night. It is raining continuously in Ayodhya as well. Here, the weather is clear in Lucknow and some adjoining districts today. It is sunny here after 24 hours of continuous rain. However, there is a possibility of rain again between Friday evening and Saturday.

According to the Jaipur Meteorological Department, from September 17 to 23, light and moderate rain will continue in Jaipur, Bharatpur, Kota, Ajmer, and Udaipur divisions of East Rajasthan. There is a possibility of heavy rain at isolated places in Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Jhalawar areas of South Rajasthan. There is a possibility of light rain at some places of the Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions in western Rajasthan this week. There may be rain in the state from September 24 to 30.
