Elon Musk: Musk still preparing to buy Twitter, sells $7 billion shares of Tesla

Elon Musk, the world's richest man, has sold $7 billion worth of Tesla shares. Earlier in April, Musk sold shares worth $ 8.5 billion. At that time, the acquisition process was going on between Twitter and Musk. Musk was believed to have sold his shares in the same connection. The sell-off process was halted later by Musk's withdrawal. At present, the matter is in court.

 

According to media reports, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has sold 7.92 million shares. They have earned $6.9 billion from this sale. Earlier in April, Musk raised $8.5 billion by selling Tesla shares. Then Musk said he had no plans to sell any more Tesla shares. Before that, Musk had also sold shares of Tesla to pay taxes.

 

The latest sale of Tesla shares has sparked speculation once again about whether Elon Musk is still preparing to buy the microblogging side. It is being speculated that Musk wants that if he has to buy Twitter after the court's decision, then he should be ready by raising money for it.

 

According to media reports, Elon Musk has made the latest sale of Tesla shares from August 5 to August 9. After this sale, Elon Musk is left with 155.04 million shares of Tesla Company. Let us tell you that according to the company's results released on July 20, the company has earned better, after this news the company's shares have shown a jump of about 15 percent.
