Corona Cases In India: The cases of corona in the country have started increasing once again. The increasing speed of the infected has started scaring once again. If we look at the report released by the Ministry of Health, for the last three days, more than 8 thousand new cases of corona infection are being reported in the country every day. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has held talks with the Health Ministers of the states.

 

During this interaction, he urged the states to focus on increasing the Kovid vaccination coverage for school-going children, Precaution Dose for the elderly, and strengthening Genome Sequencing. He told the states in the review meeting, “The threat of corona is not over yet. We have to be alert in the states with increasing cases and follow the Kovid rules.

 

The fourth wave expected

 

The increasing pace of new cases is anticipating the arrival of the fourth wave. Cases are being registered fast day by day. If we look at the figures for the last 24 hours, 8,084 new people have become victims of this virus in the country. With the increase of new cases, the number of active cases increased to 47,995. At the same time, 10 people have died during this, after which the death toll has increased to 5,24,771. The number of patients under treatment for Kovid-19 in the country has increased to 47,995, which is 0.11 percent of the total cases.

 

vaccination campaign intensified

 

Meanwhile, the vaccination campaign is also going on fast. People are also being given a booster dose. Under the nationwide vaccination campaign, more than 195 crore doses of anti-coronavirus vaccines have been given so far. Yesterday i.e. on June 13, 2022, 11 lakh 77 thousand 146 doses were given, after which 195 crore 19 lakh 81 thousand 15 doses of vaccine have been given so far.
