External Affairs Minister: Foreign Minister Jaishankar met Rami Ranger, talks about trade agreement

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Lord Rami Ranger, Member of the House of Lords of the UK Parliament on Wednesday. He appreciated their support for the development of India-UK relations.

 

Lord Rami Ranger is a businessman and the chairman of Sun Mark Limited, a UK-based company. His name is Raminder Singh Ranger.

 

Jaishankar said that it was nice to meet Lord Rami Ranger. Appreciate his insight into India-UK relations and his continued support for their development. During this, S Jaishankar held talks with him on the issue of the India-UK trade agreement. On 28 November UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak stressed the importance of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with India.
