Fit India Dialogue 2020: PM Modi said- My mother often asks if the son eats turmeric or not

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is today interacting with people who influence people for fitness during a nationwide online Fit India dialogue organized to celebrate the first anniversary of the 'Fit India Movement'. These include Team India (Cricket) captain Virat Kohli. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju is also involved in this program. People involved in online conversation will tell about fitness and good health. The Prime Minister is also giving his guidance on his views. Virat Kohli, Milind Soman to Rujuta Svekar are among those who have joined this discussion.

>> Discussing during the Fit India Dialogue, Team India (Cricket) captain Virat Kohli said, 'The generation in which we started playing changed rapidly. We also had to change ourselves. We changed the way to keep ourselves fit. '

 

>> Swami Shivdhyanam Saraswati said during the Fit India Dialogue that you can take maximum benefit of yoga in less time than a yoga capsule. He also said that people should not associate mantra with religion.

 

>> In a question to the Prime Minister, he said that in our ancient Gurukul system, we used to get an opportunity to put it in our lives along with intellectual education. We believe that yoga is not just a practice, but an art of living. We create an atmosphere in the ashram that how we can implement the principles of yoga in our lives.

 

>> He also remembered the founder of Bihar Yoga School during this period. Also said that we try to improve people's lives through yoga.

 

>> Swami Shivdhyanam Saraswati said during the Fit India Dialogue that the mantra of Sarvajan Hitaya and Sarvajan Sukhaya encourages us. This creates a sense of dedication in life.

 

>> The Prime Minister said that nowadays I try to talk to my mother often in the week. Whenever I talk, she asks me whether my son takes turmeric or not.

The Fit India Movement was conceived by the Prime Minister as a mass movement. The Fit India Movement was envisaged to make the citizens of the country a fit nation. This includes easy and non-expensive ways for citizens to have fun so that they stay fit and change behavior. This makes fitness an essential part of every Indian's life. ''

 

Since its launch, various programs organized under the aegis of the Fit India Movement have seen enthusiastic participation from people across the country. The events of Fit India Freedom Run, Plog Run, Cyclothon, Fit India Week, Fit India School Certificate and many other events have seen the participation of over 3.5 crore people.
