This is a historic occasion for India, so today the website, theme, and logo of this summit have been launched. He said that on this occasion, I congratulate all the countrymen a lot.
More than 40 heads of missions had visited Andaman
At the same time, before assuming the presidency of the G20 on December 1, more than 40 heads of missions and heads of international organizations had recently visited the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for the G20 event. During this, the delegates visited the Cellular Jail where writer and thinker Veer Savarkar was imprisoned by the British.
India will tell its achievements and progress over 75 years
India will also present its culture, cultural heritage, diversity, achievements, and progress over 75 years at the G-20. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, India will host the G-20 leaders' summit on September 9 and 10 next year under its chairmanship. The first preparatory meeting will be held in Udaipur from 4-7 December.
Campaign to make the biggest event
According to the ministry, the process of finalizing the program is underway. The G-20 meeting has never happened on such a large scale that India is planning to organize the conference. G-20 meetings were held in 14 cities in China and 25 in Indonesia.
Youth from 75 universities will be part of the conference
There is a plan to make the youth of 75 universities in the country a part of the conference. Selfie points related to G-20 will be made where people will be able to click photographs. The information about the conference will be made available to the citizens of the country through audio video. FM radio will also become a medium of publicity.
Mainstreaming the interests and concerns of South Asian countries: Jaishankar
