In view of the Coronavirus Latest Update, the round of lockdown is going on across the country. Despite this, the cases of this epidemic are constantly increasing. According to the statistics of the Health Department, the number of corona infected patients has reached one lakh 18 thousand across the country. In Bihar, this dangerous virus infection (Bihar me kahan kahan corona) is increasing continuously.

So far, more than 2100 positive cases have been reported in the state, while 11 people have died due to this epidemic. However, migrant laborers are considered the biggest reason for the rise of Corona virus in the state. According to the information, 72 percent of the positive cases in Bihar during the last 20 days are from migrant laborers.

Corona confirmed among 1184 migrant laborers so far

If you look at the data of corona patients in Bihar, on May 15, where only 1000 positive cases came in the state, within a week they have increased to 2166. According to information shared by the Bihar Health Society on Friday, corona virus infection has been confirmed among 1,184 migrant laborers who have returned to Bihar since May 3. The first case of corona virus in Bihar was reported on March 22, when three positive cases were reported in the state. After this, the figure reached 400 by 29 April. On May 3, there were 517 cases of corona in the state.

Corona cases increased rapidly after May 3

Corona virus cases have increased sharply in Bihar since May 3 to May 22. About 1649 positive cases have been reported during this period. A large number of them are migrant laborers returned from other states. During this period, 333 migrant laborers returned from Delhi were found to be Corona positive. 293 migrant laborers from Maharashtra and 212 returned from Gujarat have been infected with Covid-19. However, due to government slack in screening migrant laborers, the number of corona patients in Bihar has increased.

Government took a big decision regarding the migrant laborers

After the large number of cases of migrant laborers getting corona infected, the Bihar Health Department has decided to divide them into three different categories. Delhi, Gujarat and Maharashtra are placed in category 'A', the second number are those where less number of cases have come from, they are in category 'B' and where there are fewest cases or no positive cases at all, they are in 'C' category. Is kept.

Government's special focus on Corona patients

The Bihar government has made special arrangements for the treatment of corona infected patients. There are 2,344 beds in three dedicated hospitals for Corona patients. Apart from these, there are 7,769 beds in the Dedicated Care Center and Health Center for Corona patients. An official said the state has the capacity to accommodate 15,000 patients. If needed, the quarantine center will also be used.
