ICG officials said that the Pakistani boat 'Al Haj' along with nine people had entered the Indian waters late Sunday night. She was trying to throw heroin packets into Indian territory. After a solid intelligence input, two Gujarat ATS officers were sent to the spot along with a Coast Guard ship. Meanwhile, the Pak boat was caught while throwing this packet.
