According to the new set of guidelines, all international travelers will have to show a negative report. They will have to upload on the website the results of the PCR test taken a maximum of 72 hours before the flight. Passengers from the Middle East, UK, and European countries will have to undergo a PCR test again on arrival at Delhi airport and those in final destination here can go home after submitting their swab sample.
