India defeated Bangladesh by 41 runs to advance to the final of the Asia Cup 2025. Bangladesh captain Zakir Ali won the toss and elected to bat first in the Super Four match played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

 

India scored 168 runs for 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. In response, Bangladesh were all out for 127 runs in 19.3 overs. Abhishek Sharma scored a brilliant 75 runs off 37 balls for India, while Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs.

 

This is how Team India entered the final. After India's win, head coach Gautam Gambhir tweeted a three-word message on Instagram, which went viral.

Indeed, by defeating Bangladesh, India advanced to the final of the Asia Cup 2025. The Indian team will play the final match of the Asia Cup in Dubai on Sunday, September 28th. Whichever team wins today's match against Bangladesh will play India in the title match on September 28th.

 

It should be noted that both Bangladesh and Pakistan have won one of their two matches in the Super-4 so far. The winner of today's match, on Thursday, will advance to the final by finishing second in the points table.
