Rohit also struggled for some time but in the eighth over, he opened his hands by hitting Logan van Beek for a six.
Rohit and Kohli shared a 73-run partnership for the second wicket. Before being dismissed, Rohit scored 53 runs in 39 balls with four fours and three sixes. After his wicket fell, Kohli shared an explosive 95-run partnership with Suryakumar to take India to 179/5 in 20 overs.
