There has been a decrease in the new cases of corona reported in India on Friday. Another major reason for this is the occurrence of corona infections in the state of Kerala on the previous day. According to the data updated by the Union Health Ministry on Friday, 15,786 fresh cases have been reported in a day. With this, the total cases of COVID-19 in India have reached 3 crores 41 lakh 43 thousand 236. At the same time, the number of active cases has decreased slightly compared to the previous day and they have now increased to 1 lakh 75 thousand 745.

 

The death toll from the epidemic has increased in the last day. Where there were 160 deaths on the previous day, in the information revealed today, the number of people who lost their lives from Corona was reported as 231. With this, a total of 4 lakh 53 thousand 042 deaths have occurred in India so far due to corona. The daily increase in new coronavirus infections has been less than 30,000 for 27 consecutive days and less than 50,000 daily new cases have been reported for 116 consecutive days.

 

Kerala is the only state where more than half of the total cases are being reported in the country. Where more than 15 thousand cases were reported in the country in a day, out of which 8,733 cases were from Kerala. The death toll in Kerala rose to 118 on the previous day. With this, there have been 27,202 deaths from Corona there.
